November 2024 I had Chimney Doctors install a new combustion motor on my Harmen pellet stove. Matt was my technician and he went above and way beyond to replace the 3 factory installed bolts that were completely strip by me over tightening them in an attempt to stop the vibration and motor noise for the old motor. He had to get very creative to make this happen, even driving 3 miles to town to the hardware store. He could have just told me we'd have to order the correct bolts from Harmen leaving me with no stove and no heat in November. He was AWESOME! I would give Chimney Doctors SIX STARS if it was an option! Breanna (I could be mistaken on the name) in the office was also exceptional helping me with scheduling and with a call the day prior to service with a very accurate time they would be at my home.
